Sorry, we are unable to ship cupcakes, however cupcakes are available for in store pick up and delivery to our local delivery area which includes Uptown, Garden District, Lower Garden District, New Orleans CBD, Convention Center, French Quater and Mid City.
At Pralines By Jean we try our very best to ensure that your pralines arrive in the best condition possible. Pralines should not be left in the heat nor should they be refrigerated. Store in a cool dry place. Pralines are best when consumed immediately and will stay good for up to two weeks. Due to the crystallization of the sugar the texture does change to a harder, more sugary confection after several days. Pralines will perish if left in the heat, it is important to be available to receive your pralines upon delivery. PRALINES ARE PERISHABLE!!!!Due to extreme heat during the months of June - September it is HIGHLY recommended that you choose FedEx 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air for shipping pralines. We will not be responsible for pralines that perish in transit if another shipping option is chosen. Caution: As with any product made with pecans, despite our very best efforts to eliminate the possibilities of bits of pecan ”papers” and/or pieces of pecan shells from making their way into the pralines it still may sometimes happen. ***PRALINES ARE FRAGILE.
