Well, that may be how it was done in France but here in New Orleans we make our pralines chock full of pecans grown right here in Louisiana. "Pralines By Jean" are MADE FRESH DAILY using all natural ingredients. Pralines By Jean does not use preservatives, so to insure optimal freshness of our rich and creamy pralines, we suggest using next day or 2-3 day air when shipping to areas outside of New Orleans and the Gulf States region. Due to the fragility of the pralines, some breakage may occur during shipping. Orders placed by 3:00pm CT will be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
