| Cupcakes, pralines, and/or favors delivery & set up and stand rental. Delivery & Set-up: Delivery and on site set up is limited to the New Orleans metro area for a flat fee of $75.00. Set up is only available if cupcakes and stand and/or pralines and favors are purchased or stand is rented from Pralines By Jean. Sorry we can NOT provide flowers or other ornamental decorations for your cupcake and/or praline or favor display. Availability is limited so please inquire if you have questions. Drop Off Delivery: Deliveries for items simply being dropped off with no set up are limited to the New Orleans metro area for fees ranging from $6.95 - $12.95 depending on the delivery area. Availability is limited so please inquire if you have questions. Pick-up: If you are planning to pick up, we are happy to help you load your cupcakes, pralines and/or favors if you desire. Please use a vehicle with a flat bottom such as a SUV, van or hatch-back/wagon. Cupcake Stand Rental Policy •Fee and deposit information are due at the time of the reservation. Once you have reserved a cupcake tree for a specific date, that item becomes unavailable to others for said date as it is being held for you, therefore cancellation of rental will result in forfeiture of the rental fee. The deposit will be returned in full. •*5 tier cupcake tree rental fees: $50 per 24 hours. $299 refundable deposit is required. •*3 tier cupcake tree rental fees: $40 per 24 hours. $125 refundable deposit is required •There is a 30 minute grace period before a second daily rental charge is applied. •Stands returned 48 hours late without notice will forfeit the deposit. •Stands that are returned damaged will forfeit the deposit. •Deposit prices reflect the value of the stand. •Stand rental is subject to availability. •Prices are subject to change without notice *5 tier cupcake tree holds approximately 90 cupcakes or 90 2x2x2 boxed praline favors. *3 tier cupcake tree holds approximately 30 cupcakes or 30 2x2x2 boxed praline favors. *We are closed on Sunday, therefore when rented on a Saturday cupcake tree must be returned by noon on Monday. |
